While working with Exposure Communications in New York City, I contributed to projects for Jose Cuervo, 1800 Tequila, Boodles, and Hanger One. These projects consisted of organizing editorial gifts for publications, compiling monthly reports, researching and pitching creative concepts for marketing campaigns, and organizing and attending happy hours to promote the liquor brands.


One of the most memorable projects I worked on was the partnership between Jose Cuervo and Alice + Olivia for the Alice + Olivia x Jose Cuervo Summer Capsule Collection, inspired by Jose Cuervo’s Ready-to-Drink Margaritas. I observed meetings, helped organize shipments and logistics of the collection's launch party at Mr. Purple in New York City and managed media coverage of the entire event, with special guest, Vanessa Hudgens.


I was also given the opportunity to pitch an idea that was chosen for Jose Cuervo’s National Tequila Day campaign to promote Silver Especial. I worked with the team to build the project, “#H2Cuervo”, before its debut, and designed the editorial gifts and creative packaging for the holiday.


1800 Tequila challenged me to create, build, and develop a concept with a budget of $125K, which was pitched to the international distributor, Proximo, for the national campaign of its seasonal bottle. I created a storyboard of images selected to describe visual, thoughtful, and culturally infused concepts surrounding artist Shantell Martin.
